There are many things I love about ginger, but mostly it is it’s shape and flavor. Ginger tea, ginger molasses cookies, the complex flavors of asian dishes seasoned with ginger and other spices, and chewy ginger candies are at the top of my list. Its shape is simple yet interesting enough to explore to understand it.
