It is an intimate experience to have someone who loves you run their fingers through my hair. I feel both vulnerable and deeply cared for. The breeze flowing through my hair reminds me of this feeling, except I feel connected to the earth and God. I imagine Mother Earth/God cares for me and the meadow in much the same way.
Aspen Fleabane is an Utah native wildflower that blooms in the late summer to early autumn. The sedge has dried up and is no longer a lively green.
