An assortment of citrus fruit: Limes, a clementine, a minneola tangelo, a naval orange, a lemon and a grapefuit. The juicy flesh and dimpled rind of these fruits is almost good enough to smell. Citrus fruits bring many images to mind: pirates afraid of scurvy (can be prevented with vitamin C rich citrus), making lemonade from lemons, or a failed attempt to grow a citrus tree in my kitchen.
