For kids aged 5+

Course will include 4 classes. Each class is 1.5 hours long.

Materials will be provided for use in class.

Class will be held on Tuesdays at 1:00 pm in my studio.

Kids must be responsible and able to follow safety instructions, as this course uses carving tools, which are sharp. They will be taught how to safely use these tools, and will only be carving soft materials. Risk of injury is low, but not zero.

This is an introduction to printmaking using simple techniques, soft carving blocks, and Gelli plates, students should be able to create several prints each to display at the art show.

Combining Techniques, Bring objects from home (these need to be washable or disposable)

Art Show Thursday July 11, 7-8 pm.

Kids prints will be put on display in studio for friends and family to admire. Kids can bring their artwork home after the show.
